KHURSHID ZAIDI

Khurshid is the co-founder and Managing Director of the Company.
With a career of over 22 years, he started as a Trainee Executive with Abbott Laboratories and then worked in Dubai with an established Distribution company as Commercial Manager and managed a team of Medical reps and Regulatory Affairs.
Khurshid has been involved in Business planning, Regulatory approvals, Local and regional Product launches, Tender management and mentoring successful sales teams. His expertise lies in critical therapeutic segments like Oncology, Plasma Derivatives, Accident & Trauma, Contrast media and Infectious diseases.
Khurshid is specialized in facilitating joint ventures and developing a regional sales network. Khurshid is a Graduate in Chemistry and Pharmacy and a Postgraduate in Business Management.

MAAMOUN ISSA

Maamoun is the co-founder and managing partner of the Company.
Maamoun is a Pharmacy Graduate with a natural flair for sales and networking in the region.
After starting his career in 2000 with Maamoun has worked as Area / Gulf Sales Manager in companies like Mayne Pharma and Medical Developments International.
Maamoun is specialized in Distribution Partner Management in the Gulf region and very well connected with the Regional tender market.

DR. ALAA EL GAMAAL

Dr. Alaa El Gamaal has a successful record of accomplishments with International Pharmaceutical companies like Wyeth, Valeant, Emcure and leading Pharmaceutical agents at senior level like General Manager, Commercial Director and Regional Business Development Director.
Dr. Alaa is a passionate and a strategic Business thinker and has proven credentials in establishing and consolidating various projects in the Middle East region. He has handled a wide range of therapeutic classes and is well versed with the dynamics of Middle East and North Africa.
In his role as a Business Development Director, Dr. Alaa is responsible for the strategic expansion plans for the organization and also consolidation of the current portfolio.
Dr. Alaa has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University, Egypt.

ALAEDDIN K. AHMAD

Alaeddin is a Graduate in Biochemistry ( BSc) from the University of North Texas (UNT), USA.
He pursued his Post graduate course in Business discipline at UNT, Certificate of Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Certificate of Management from USA.

SHERIF HASSAN

Dr. Sherif Hassan

“Senior Manager – Market Access and Business Development Middle East and Africa”.

Dr. Sherif has a successful record of accomplishments with leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies  like Nycomed and Takeda as Head of Market Access and has successfully handled assignments in Marketing, Pricing and Market Access in the Middle East region.

Dr. Sherif is a passionate and a strategic business thinker and has proven credentials in establishing and growing various start up projects in the Middle East. 

He has handled a wide range of therapeutic classes including Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Cardio-metabolic, Rare Diseases and Oncology and he is well versed with all dynamics and challenges of the Middle East.

Dr. Sherif is responsible for the Portfolio development, Market Access, Support in Marketing activities as well as Strategic planning with the Director of Business Development.

AHMED SALAMA

Ahmed is an experienced business leader with a proven track record in the Middle East region in Pharmaceutical Sales and Business Development.
Ahmed has a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical sciences from Egypt and has been working for 14 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry based in the UAE.
Ahmed has extensive connections with global suppliers and has been extremely successful in serving the unmet and Un-licensed needs of regional clients.
He has successful career record with multinational pharmaceutical & medicals devices` Corporates, and currently leading the Regional and strategic local sales Operations with Pharmasolutions.

SAMEH KADRY

Sameh is an accomplished business manager with over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical business in Egypt and GCC.Sameh has been working with Solvay and Hikma Pharmaceuticals in the capacity of Sales Manager in Egypt, before moving to Oman in 2011.
With a natural sales instinct, Sameh enjoys an excellent networking in Oman with Key Hospitals and Distribution channels and has been a part of Pharmasolutions since December 2019.
Sameh is a pharmacy graduate with diploma in regional planning from IMS.
Sameh is Regional Business Manager and is responsible for the territories of Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.

LOUIS F. RODRIGUES

Louis started his career in 1985 with Bristol Myers in Amman, Jordan functioning as Order Processing Coordinator (M.E. 1) and handled territories of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon & Kuwait before moving to Dubai, UAE in 1989.
In the UAE, Louis has worked as Demand Supply coordinator, Tender Specialist and Tender Manager for a leading Pharmaceutical and Medical supplies company for 20 years before joining Pharma Solutions.
Louis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Louis is heading the back office operations and is responsible for the local and regional activities and inter department coordination as well as liaise with Principals and distribution partners.

SYED ABDUL KADIR BARMAWAR

Syed AK is a qualified Pharmacist with professional experience of over 30 years in the Pharmaceutical warehousing and procurement.

He started his career with Dubai Health Authority in 1990 and had a long career as Head of Drugs unit in Purchasing Department and Head of Drugs Warehouse. Syed was also in the Technical Committee of Procurement, headed by Director of Pharmaceutical Services Department.

In his role has Warehouse Manager, Syed supervises stores activities in terms of compliance, Inventory control, Supply chain management and overview the incoming and outgoing supplies.

FARRUKH ABBAS

Farrukh has a Masters degree in Economics and Finance from Pakistan and also holds a Certified Management Accountant Accreditation from IMA, USA.
Farrukh has more than 10 years of Experience in Core Accounting and Finance in his previous assignment in Pakistan and UAE.
Farrukh has been a part of Pharmasolutions since last 5 years.
As a Manager- Finance, Farrukh is leading a team of Accountants and is managing key functions like Financial planning, Budgeting, Debt management, Payroll management, Negotiations with Banks and Financial Institutions.

Dr. Roshdi Howidi

Mr. Howidi holds a Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Mansoura University in Egypt and MBA from American University.
 
With an experience of 25 years,he has worked with several companies at various levels in Saudi Arabia. He had been with  Pfizer as Senior National Sales Manager and Business Unit Director.
 
His last assignment has been with Abbott Nutrition in KSA as National Sales Director.

Dr. Nada Ashour

Nada holds a Masters in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Cairo University.
 
Nada has a strong background in Regulatory affairs with over 9 years of experience in developing and implementing Regulatory strategies that achieve compliance within Government regulations within Egypt Drug Authority ( EDA)
 
She has been a Support & Communication Department Head & WHO focal point for WHO global benchmarking tool to NRA – Pharmaceuticals project for the last two years.
 
As accomplished Quality personnel with precision we are very hopeful that Nada will lead all our Regulatory strategies in Egypt and assist in all our BD plans in order to make Egypt one of the most potential territories for Pharma Solutions.

BISHOY SAWARIS

Bishoy is a Clinical Pharmacist and handles the team of Medical reps and Key Account Managers in the Private sector and strategic Government Accounts in the UAE.
Bishoy has a degree in Pharmaceutical sciences and has a Clinical Pharmacotherapy diploma from Egypt, besides an Excellence Diploma in Sales and Marketing .
Bishoy has a professional experience of 15 + years in the UAE and has worked with various established Pharmaceutical companies in the capacity of Business Development Manager and Pharma Division Manager.
